The KAC features state-of-the-art equipment from Precor, each equipped with 15” LCD TVs, Nautilus, and Magnum Strength free weights; as well as a 21-yard swimming pool with waterfall, a 14-person whirlpool, full locker room facilities and sauna. The KAC also offers personal training, wellness assessments, nutritional counseling, and group exercise classes such as spinning, yoga and Pilates.
