We want to assure you that the health of our guests and team members is our top priority. In compliance with the government mandate in regard to COVID-19, several of our outlets have temporarily closed or changed available offerings.

Here are some of the additional measures we are taking during this time:
Proper and frequent hand-washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. Our teams are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our guests.
We have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting protocols after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items, surfaces, and flooring.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the front desk surfaces, elevators (and elevator buttons), door handles, and public bathrooms.
Back of House
In the spaces where team members work, we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like restrooms, laundry facilities, and staff offices.
You will see all team members continuing to wear masks at this time.
