Brick and Brine
Featuring an open-air concept with a variety of seating options, Brick and Brine invites you to connect with friends, family, and colleagues over a meal to remember. Indulge in savory entrées, masterfully crafted cocktails, and decadent desserts in an inviting and social atmosphere.

Old Burdick’s Bar and Grill
Old Burdick’s Bar & Grill is currently undergoing a full renovation and brand refresh. When it reopens in Fall 2025, the updated space will include an expanded dining area, two completely private event rooms, and a lively addition—four lanes of duckpin bowling! Perfect for game nights, celebrations, and casual hangouts. We can’t wait to welcome you back for a better-than-ever Burdick’s experience.
Temporary Location During Construction
Old Burdick’s is temporarily operating out of The Morning Dish on the second floor, offering lunch and dinner service throughout the construction period. Guests can enjoy Burdick’s staples on the menu along with a full bar.
