The final guest count is due 7 days prior to the event. The hotel will prepare food and beverage for the exact final guest count guarantee.

In order for our staff to ensure your meeting runs smoothly, we require the final details of your event 21 days prior to the date of your arrival.

Yes, all pricing is subject to an additional and taxable 23% service charge and applicable 6% Michigan sales tax.  The service charge covers the services that our staff provides including Convention Services Manager detailing support, Event Services team members to set up and clean up the event spaces, serve food and non-alcoholic beverage selections.

We routinely design our menus to be free of gluten.  We also can accommodate free of dairy, vegetarian, vegan, free of nuts, and specific food allergies. Our Executive Chef and Convention Services Managers will work with you to accommodate any food allergies and special dietary needs.

To ensure safety and comply with state and local health regulations, Radisson Plaza Hotel is the only authorized licensee to sell, serve or furnish food, liquor, beer, and wine on the hotel premises.

Included with your event spaces are a selection of tables, chairs, staging with drapes, waste and recycling bins, black or white linens, and adjustable white lighting.
