Brick and Brine
Featuring an open-air concept with a variety of seating options, Brick and Brine invites you to connect with friends, family, and colleagues over a meal to remember. Indulge in savory entrées, masterfully crafted cocktails, and decadent desserts in an inviting and social atmosphere.

Burdick’s Bar & Grill
With a lively atmosphere and plenty of ways to enjoy the game, Burdick’s Bar & Grill is Kalamazoo’s destination for sports, dining, and entertainment. Savor stone-fired pizzas, signature smash burgers, handcrafted panuozzos (traditional Italian sandwich made with pizza bread), and shareable appetizers alongside Michigan craft beer and cocktails. Whether you are catching a game on one of the many TVs, bowling a round of duckpin, or gathering with friends and family, every visit feels like a win.

The Morning Dish
Start the day at Kalamazoo’s breakfast spot, The Morning Dish buffet is available Wednesday through Sunday, featuring fresh selections and guest-favorite classics. We are also now serving our new full breakfast menu seven days a week, bringing more made-to-order favorites, and elevated dishes, to every morning.

Lobby Bar
The new lobby bar is designed to blend sophistication with a welcoming ambiance. Offering a curated selection of crafted cocktails, wines, and beers alongside an innovative menu of light bites, the space aims to become a central hub for guests—whether they’re awaiting check-in, heading to dinner, or preparing for an event at the Radisson.
